Pack10 Natural’s shipping days are Monday – Wednesday.

Shipping frozen pet food is tough, and our goal is for it to arrive safely to you and your pet(s).

What you purchase is placed into a foam insulated box, in most cases, with dry ice.  Except for unusual situations, it will arrive to you frozen or cold to the touch.  Shipping perishable products can sometimes be challenging.  It is possible that product may not arrive safely.

It is normal that little to no dry ice will be left in the box when you open it.

We use FedEx to ship, and once your order ships you will receive a tracking notification to let you know it is on the way.  Our instructions with FedEx will always be to deliver without a signature.  Please be sure that someone picks up the package as soon as possible and refrigerates/freezes the product.

If you are sending product as a gift, please ensure the recipient will be available to receive it.

To guarantee delivery, we must have a complete and proper address.  We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O. addresses, or F.P.O. addresses.  Additionally, we presently can only deliver to the Continental United States (including D.C.).  We can deliver to rural routes, provided we have been provided with a complete and accurate address and telephone number.  If the delivery address is in FedEx Zones 7 or 8, there will be a $15 shipping surcharge.

Pack10 Natural cannot be held responsible for orders that:

  • Do not have a complete and accurate address and telephone number; or,
  • Do not have someone available to receive the package by the evening of the day of delivery and immediately open it to check the condition of the product and then put it in the refrigerator or freezer as instructed.

It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to:

  • Provide us with a complete and accurate address and telephone number; and,
  • Ensure that someone is available to take in the package by the evening of the day of delivery and immediately open it to check the condition of the product and then put it in the fridge or freezer as appropriate.

Items can be kept in the refrigerator at 38°F or less for about 5 days or in the freezer for 3-5 months.

In most cases, our products are made to order, so there may be times when we are out of stock; we will make your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped on either Monday or Wednesday only, and will be delivered either the next day or second day, depending upon where you live.  Saturday delivery may or may not be available.  Depending on your location, Orders will ship Monday – Wednesday (in order that they are received without being held over the weekend).

Returns Information

Since our products are perishable, there can be no refunds or exchanges.   We do, however, guarantee that you will receive your product in a frozen/cold/chilled condition.  Refrigerate any products that will be consumed within the next 3-5 days. Freeze any products that will not be consumed within that time frame.

We take our customers’ safety seriously – please do your part by having someone available to receive the package, examine the contents for condition upon arrival, and then taking the appropriate action (putting the contents in the fridge or freezer and/or reporting its having been out of temperature range).
